In-house Interior Designer (Senior)

Role and Responsibility

Primarily responsible to develop and conceptualize designs for residential projects
Must be able to generate layout plan and 3D perspective drawings in fast-paced work environment
Do monthly drawing report for management
Project coordination and design documentation
Project administration and management (for senior position)

Requirements

Passionate in interior design
Senior position at least 3 years of experience
Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Qualifications
Knowledge in Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max,V-ray
Able to work under tight schedule and meet deadlines
Able to manage new and existing projects to achieve project objective
Pleasant work attitude, self-motivated and team player preferred
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Candidates with experience in residential/ commercial project experience will be an added advantage
